Life has been pretty good , i guess? I had done quite a lot of readg these few months. And i started reading The Outsiders for the 4th time in my life. Haha it's darn good darn good darn good! Who wants to borrow please tell me :D
Anw i acty wanted to post abt how much badminton friends i had made for the past few months. It's really good. Started off with friends made at intercon games. I had never thought that there will be so many people to make friends with in intercon. 'cause honestly , my zone's players are rather quiet and almost not of the same age group as me. But in the end , i got to know quite a few teens from my and other zones.
Next was the Aviva open where we got to know many of the tpjc students haha. They are real funny people which made workg there so fun and enriching.
Then , there were the Macpherson open guys. Although they're mostly adults and malaysians , they were still really nice people. And my interest in mixed doubles also grew from there. I didn't know mixed doubles were played this way. Im serious lol. All i saw were those pro players at Aviva , but when it came to real life seeing players right beside you playg that , it was total cool hahaha.
Lastly were the friends at Team Siglap. Hey omg , i gotta emphasise this grp of super passionate friends! It's been a long time since i see passionate players. And they were really serious at trgs and stuffs. Ahhhhhhhh this proves that i had been slackg around too much! Must buck up already jyz!
It feels like a different phase in my badminton life. Like , i got in touch with much more different types of players , playing skills and attitutes. I had never felt this way before. And the many friends that i had made , nice.
I wonder what will happen if i didn't embark on this badminton path. Hmm ...
